I was so pleased with Isabella, Emmanuelle and Lilly’s artwork this week. We have been looking at hares after our visit to the Victoria Art Gallery and the children have been drawing and painting their own hares. These three girls have thought hard about the forms and colour palate of their pictures.
We had an amazing time at the Victoria Art Gallery in Bath. We split into three groups and spent some time looking at sculptures, drawing our favorite porcelain animals and going on a texture treasure hunt. After that we started to make our own textures work, inspired by some of the art that we had seen.
Congratulations to Matthew for achieving his Bronze Chief Scout Award. You can hardly see his jumper fro badges! Well done, Matthew!
